The neighborhood can be pretty noisy at night, affecting sleep. There are some stairs to navigate upon arrival, which isn’t handy for those hauling big luggage. Additionally, the air conditioning left much to be desired. it barely cooled the room, and the staff's response was underwhelming. The shower's water temperature fluctuated erratically, making it an uncomfortable experience. Lastly, the wifi had connectivity issues that interrupted my browsing, and I encountered unexpected room entry by the cleaning crew.

excellent base for exploring the heart of florence
I stayed here for one night and was so glad I chose this spot. it was just steps away from the Piazza della Repubblica and the gorgeous Florence Cathedral, making it perfect for a weekend of wandering through beautiful streets and parks.

I loved how Francesco helped carry my suitcase up the stairs and gave great tips on exploring the city. The cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and I enjoyed some nice downtime with tea in the common room. Just be aware that there's no elevator and some stairs to navigate, but it didn’t change how much I enjoyed my stay! 😊

I stayed in a Suite with Hot Tub for 2 nights and it was amazing! The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom was a standout with a strong shower. Plus, it was just steps from the Piazza Della Repubblica, making it so convenient to explore Florence. Francesco was super helpful with tips and even carried my suitcase up the stairs!
